Doesnt work anymore. Called cvec, told me uninstall and start over. Have deleted and reloaded twice. First page always gave me monthly cost for both houses. Now i get a blank screen where my cost used to be. Guess i call again next week. Hasnt worked since updated. No one knows anything about the app it seems. Told to teload again for 4 th time. App failed after updates, upgrades.

It sucks. Its not showing billing information any longer. You can't navigate it, doesn't do any thing useless. At least you could see the charges before receiving paper bill but not now, so what good is it. So you can't pay bill on this app as it sows nothing except no outages. Not worth downloading.

Eh, It's good for seeing outages but you can't ACTUALLY sign in to manage your account. If you go to the Payments tab it asks you to sign in, clicking sign in opens your web browser... I can open a web browser, and I can access the outage info through the browser too....
