When I call customer support, they can see all claims in my account. I cannot see them in the app and I cannot see them online. The website only works with Chrome, which would be fine if they would tell you. And customer service is only able to send the copies by paper mail, not email. Which makes the website and the app pretty useless. I was super happy with Davis Vision until I tried logging into the account. Phone support is great. But that 21st century stuff still needs a lot of work.

Absolutely horrible app. I have an account that I set up on a web browser and wanted to use the app for easy access. I've tried logging in at least 20 times and I get a server error each time. I do not have a network or phone service issue and no issues with other apps. This company really isn't great and the app is even worse. Unfortunately my employer uses this company, so I have no choice but to participate. If I could give the app zero stars, I would.

The app works fine. The set up is a nightmare. I am 49. My wife, the policy holder, is 41. I had to input both of our birthdays. THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT WAS TO SCROLL BACKWARDS ON THE CALANDER ONE MONTH AT A TIME.One wrong touch and you lose all progress. The one star is for this only. I looked and someone mentioned this in a review 5 months ago. Since then they have chosen not to address the issue. The fact that the app developers think this is an acceptable thing to make people do is stupid.
