Full of scams. Customer's info was leaked and hacked until the credit card was spent to the limit and yet the bank refused to help cancelling the scam purchase and told the customer to be responsible for the payment of the scam purchase. And when the customer wants to close the account after this unfair treatment, DBS put penalty on the customer and demands payment for the penalty before customer's allowed to close their own account. Disgusting!!

I would like to edit my previous rating, it was fine until i cant log in and digibank even does not offer technical support immediately. a bank that I really need, no hidden vicious admin fee, a high saving interest rate, and convenient!! bank thay I have always wanted. Some inputs: 1. I do not stay in Indonesia most of time, so will that be possible that I could link with DBS in other countries?

its been a while and it's great, but now i cannot log in and the worse is i cannot transfer my money back. please fix the system issue. its really ridiculous to put your money on unreliable system like this. im already have the latest version of the app. usually work fine until recently its not working. Im using the web version and fortunately work fine.
