Since using this app, my income has increased. It's easy to use, and the customer service is very responsive. When I first registered, I was given practice questions that were very helpful in operating the app, so I was ready to start taking orders right away.

The app itself is so good, but I gave 1 star cause CS is not helpful at all, just repeating the same thing over and over again. We're busy with loading and unloading but still have to deal with chatting here and there. Very bad experience. They won't even do a simple confirmation chat with customer, drivers still have to do on their own. So what is the jobdesc and function of CS staff? Sitting around and repeating words like a parrot?
