the new update is horrible. tried logging in and got stuck on the "processing" screen multiple times. after that whole ordeal passed, now it's stuck on the "protect your device - stay secure" even though both the conditions required are already met. Would give it a 0 if possible. FIX YOUR APP

The old app was working just fine. The current version doesn't work at all! Are security questions really that necessary in this era? Like "Who is your favourite Auntie?" Seriously? These belong in museums, not in modern security systems. Any system that still uses them should be considered in need of an urgent upgrade.

Very Useless App in Banking App history, it keeps logging me out and I wait 3 hrs to get approved only for it to log me out. The old one was even better than this.. What's wrong with your app developers? if it works don't touch it. Now you're ruining our time with this useless thing you've imposed on us. 😖😡😡😡
