Assalamualaikum! Respected Punjab land record authority! this is great app and good initiative but there is very bad thing I see in the app there is no option for changing mobile number and email or not allowed to link your CNIC with any other number and email this is a bad point I see and face very difficulty because I don't have any access to my previous mobile number and email. So, I requested to please tell me it's solution and how I update my credentials. I am waiting 🥺 for your response.

Pathetic, extremely poor app development team. I am trying to sign up at least 2 weeks through a number of devices and by different emails at least to get registered but no luck till now. after inserting the initial data app will keep browsing for a 5 to 10 miand after that internet issue msg will pop up and that's it.

paid money, done all steps correctly and never let me download or print the regietry copy, complained also on the app , and guess what no one gave any response on the app, complained via email too again no reeponse, tried to contact via whatsapp and again no response at all., the app now doesnt even now completing the request, total disaster and waste of money. the Govt should spend some money on customer services also , all complaints unresolved
