Assalamualaikum! Respected Punjab land record authority! this is great app and good initiative but there is very bad thing I see in the app there is no option for changing mobile number and email or not allowed to link your CNIC with any other number and email this is a bad point I see and face very difficulty because I don't have any access to my previous mobile number and email. So, I requested to please tell me it's solution and requested to update my CNIC with my new credentials.

I paid PKR 1,600 for issuance of Fard, however after successful payment the generated PDF document is corrupted and cannot be opened. This appears to be a technical issue within the application, which I understand can happen and may be resolved. However, despite submitting a complaint through the same application, no response has been received to date. In addition, I have attempted to contact Punjab Land Records Authority through the provided phone numbers, but the calls are not being attended.

paid money, done all steps correctly and never let me download or print the regietry copy, complained also on the app , and guess what no one gave any response on the app, complained via email too again no reeponse, tried to contact via whatsapp and again no response at all., the app now doesnt even now completing the request, total disaster and waste of money. the Govt should spend some money on customer services also , all complaints unresolved
