I am facing a connection issue while trying to pay for parking. The app shows “Connection reset” and does not proceed when selecting the payment method. My internet connection is working fine, but the app fails to connect and complete the payment. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible, as it is causing inconvenience while parking. Thank you.

It is one of the worst pieces of software I have used in recent years. Alllows parking same car in same parking at the same time several times. autorenewal fails, and you get a fine. notifications for useless events pile up, and you can't see what's important. And finally, excruciatingly slow for what it does. It seems nothing is ever cached at any layer. I am considering a monthly subscription just to stop having to use it.

Poorly organized and named categories, making it hard to find what the user is looking for. Obscure explanations of services, making hard to be sure you are picking the right one (for instance, all the difference categories, subcategories and explanations for seasonal parking cards). Mean spirited policies designed to maximize revenue while penalizing paying customers. For instance, if I can had up to 3 vehicles on my parking card, why do I need to go in the app and activate one each time?
