Ratings and reviews

Awful. It doesn't work most of the time. When it does, it fails to register inputs. I have a seasonal card which allows me to put in and switch between multiple vehicles. The app will confirm that the switch was successful, and shortly, I get a parking fine. Why? Cause their front end app is rubbish. Sometimes the app doesn't work at all, so I'll pay by SMS to avoid the fine - despite having a card. A poorly designed app, and even more poorly implemented. Distasteful stuff.

The App doesn't work most of the time, selecting the parking and car is very clunky and most of the times the payment doesn't go through and I have to use the Pay by SMS option which defeats the purpose of using the app altogether as I still have to bear the extra SMS charges. whilst I can use WhatsApp for this, that is besides the point that the Parkin app should work for parking

PATHETIC APP. 1. Most of the time it doesn't work. parking lot does not show on app. 2. Frequent updates whenever you need to put parking, the app goes on updates. 3. Usually don't take inputs. 4. Even the parking service is awful. they don't have machines in most places. USLESS APP.
