Ratings and reviews

They issue fine without checking when a car enters and exits a parking. I parked for 1 hour in a parking spot and then came back after 2 hours to park there. I had just entered the parking and got a fine for not extending the last ticket. I disputed the fine but they rejected saying the same thing that I was not able to extend parking on time. They are not investigating the issue. if they check through cameras they can find out when a car left & when it entered a parking spot.Very Disappointing!

Yesterday, when I opened the Parkin App to pay the parking fee, my wallet was incorrectly showing as zero balance, even though I had sufficient funds available in my Parkin wallet. Because the app was showing an incorrect balance, I was worried that I would not be able to pay for parking. As a result, I cancelled my urgent plan and returned home. I request Parkin to take this matter seriously and find a solution to prevent this from happening again.

Got a parking fine but my car was not parked in the parking zone at the specific time indicated in the fine. Appealed it only to get a rejection saying it is valid since it was a parking zone with a signboard... like I know it's a parking zone, but the point is, my car is not parked there when the ticket was issued. Ppl in this company should really have basic comprehension. Common sense is not common anymore.
