Ratings and reviews

Apparently there is a limit on how many times people can download from your shared link. They don't state what that limit is, but apparently it's only a few times. Once it is reached they lock it out for the day and no one else is allowed to download your files! What?! And you can't contact customer support to have them unlock it unless you pay extra for customer service! I was going to switch from Google Drive to Dropbox but not now. No thanks!

Naturally I got a trial, I don't need to spend $200+ on storage. We'll, they've made it quite difficult to cancel. To top it off they make it very clear if you don't cancel they'll charge you and not refund you. Well, when you can't find the cancelation button and they only direct you to forums on what to do thats full of people just as lost as you are it's a bit infuriating. 13 days later and I'm still waiting for a response from customer service.

I am an IT professional with graduate degrees in Computer Science. This is one of those bait & switch apps. They get you in for free and then OVER CHARGE you once they have you hooked. 2TB is their smallest paid package? Not customer friendly. It's like only wanting a snack, but the only thing they offer on the menu is high priced meals. Go eat elsewhere. I tried to contact their customer service to get a more accurate product for my needs. And they were unresponsive. Spend your money elsewhere.
