Basically, I haven't been able to use OneDrive for months now. I can't add, sync or backup any files. Although, it does an excellent job of deleting most of my files on its own without my permission. Do you think that Microsoft cares about helping to fix it. I spoke with their tech dept on May 15th and they promised to contact me back with a fix and I haven't heard from them them since. I guess paying customers don't matter.

They're so worried about trying to make it look like a cutesy photo gallery that they forgot how to SYNC FILES. You know, THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS APP? Added files from my PC to a OneDrive folder, made sure they synced to online, but no matter how many times I refresh, it won't show them in the app. Details screen says the folder contains files, but folder shows as empty. Microsoft really needs to start kicking the marketing folks out of the room and letting the nerds design apps again.

i use this app mostly to move and sort files from my phone to my PC and vice versa wirelessly. it is usually usable, but often it will give me grief. moving too much data at once will crash the program and i have to reselect. >100 files cannot be moved with no warning, have to go back down. Uploads will get stuck sometimes with no way to fix it, even reupload, then i have to do it manually on my PC. and if you want to cancel an upload you must tap the x on every single file. annoying.
