Multiple times a day, I get a message saying we've backed up your photos and asking if I want delete the local copies. Multiple times a day, I say no thanks. Can you take the hint? I don't trust you. Two months ago, you wanted to double charge for storage. Plenty of other questionable choices before that. OneDrive will get deleted before my local copies. Quit asking for permissions for things that have been asked and answered; you're acting like a petty teenager.

OneDrive started showing "memories" of personal photos from my phone when I never gave the app permission to access those photos. No setting within the app to turn this off - had to disable from phone settings and uninstalled the app. I have a business account and only use it to sync files and photos from my business computer. Like most things Microsoft, a terrible user interface and experience, with forced features. If not requires by work, I would not use their software.

I need to use this horrible program for work otherwise I wouldn't bother. It fails at least as much as it works. When it fails, it doesn't provide an error code or error message more specific than, "Sorry, there was a problem." This makes troubleshooting very challenging. Onedrive = Failed uploads and files corrupting or disappearing. Microsoft = poor customer service. Second star given because of previous success using this program in college to access documents on multiple computers.
