While the bike is fun, the app only always one bike rental/trip, which is highly inconvenient for families. It asks that others in the group download the App on their phones to add their bikes. Not everyone has a phone on them, I went with my teenage son who doesn't had a phone and had to ask my wife who wasn't riding to come with her phone so I could rent his bike.

The bikes are peppy and fun to ride, and the customer support is excellent! My first time riding I forgot to end my trip so I accidentally paid for several hours of extra ride time. I contacted customer support, and within minutes they responded and helped me resolve the situation.
