"DISAPPOINTED" after today's update the app crashing.. It redirects to ebank website showing error 364.. Called customer service and guess what "I got that error because I'm not using built-in keyboard on my cell phone!! can you believe it!?..Before that (important major update😂) ebank app was working without any issue..as far as I know it never happened on any apps to force users to use their built-in keyboard I'm sure It would lower the number of online banking users.. I'm disappointed indeed

THE WORST mobile application ever ! Need to login several times ti open . No use of biometrics . silly UI. عامله تلميذ فى ابتدائى !!!

Short in services. Not related to the actual website services. Lately is not working at all with site pw ! Seems mobile app and site are using different backend / infrastructure.
