Information is ok, app is built very poorly, whenever you switch screens and try to go back to DynaMedex, it never saves the article you wre reading nor the section, it always closes, so every time you open the app you have to again search for the topic and scroll down until you find the section. Very anoying, and not the best for quick reference. Also problems with downloading offline library

I downloaded the app, as it was installing content terribly slowly I flipped to other apps to wait. Then got back, it restarted and the content install screen but it can't move beyond zero percent. I closed the app and tried it again, I got the same black screen and nothing was happening. Is there any way I can use this app at this point?

Tried multiple times to download the offline content. Failed persistently. Even online browsing shows no results. This app needs fix and better customer support. Now they have responded and improved. Keep it up
