Ratings and reviews

The app crashes for over half the workout selections. This is the most frustrating app and set up I've ever had to do. Over half the workout selections when I hit it to chose a workout the app crashes. This has to be a friggin joke, right? I just spent a bundle of money to use this and can't get into any of the classes I purchased it for!

App keeps crashing. I had no issues with the old app but this one is just trash. Uninstalled it when it first rolled out. Came back now (a year later) and it is still having the same issues. I can see that it isn't just me. So much for doing classes from my phone (I do have a paid subscription for the bike and the app on that is fine. As long a sI don't try to update it. Then I get the spinning circle of death. Bike is 2 years old)

I enjoyed my echelon when my wife bought it for my birthday. However, months after my weekly chart stop tracking then the application started to move slower and slower. Now it takes five minutes to connect to my phone and it shuts completely down when I select a certain workout. I believe something should be done or some sort of compensation for how much this mirror cost and then monthly subscription to not work appropriately.
