As everybody else is saying, the app is no longer working. I have called 2 times and not gotten a response.....WAIT.. I received a call from Kimberly at the local echo water store here in Tucson, and she texted me over and 800 number et cetera for technical at Wi-Fi services. In the meantime I went back on here and found that there has been an update available for the app. I just tried it and it worked perfectly

This app no longer works. Even on a brand new fresh re-install of the app, it immediately gets an error message of "Unable to Initialize Configuration" when starting the app, even before you are given a chance to log in. Server down? Been doing this now for quite a while. Was great for monitoring the water system when it did work.

Has generally been a good app but for days now has stopped working on multiple devices. Reinstall - no help. Just comes up with an error. This is before logging in and nothing to do with my actual softener. Tried on entirely different device with no history of the app. No good. Just not working. What is going on with this!?
