About this app

The iQua® water management tool makes it possible to monitor and manage your Wi-Fi connected water treatment systems and water usage via smartphone.

A simple and secure online dashboard provides system information at a glance, such as:
- Average daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly home water usage
- Home water used today
- Current home water flow rate
- Number of days until the salt is empty
- Home water turned on or off

You can launch a regeneration and adjust your settings from anywhere!

Currently the app isn't working. When it does work, it's ok. The data presented is limited as best. It basically only shows water usage and salt level. If you have the control valve you can turn your water in or off with it. That part is fine. But the history doesn't show regenerations, which would make a lot of sense to know when your system regenerated , or when it's going to regenerate. Lately however even the numbers that it should show is all messed up. Now the app is basically useless.

Terrible app. I have connected my water softener numerous times and it stays connected for a day or so, then will not stay connected. Pointless. You should really update your app, the features are great to have, eventhough they are extremely lacking, but if it wont stay connected, its useless. Last updated May of 2023? Apparently they think everything is fine. Just another company looking to make a quick buck and forgetting about their product.

It was interesting to see current usage (gallons per minute) and whole day hourly usage, but couldn't see details/hourly data from the past. After working for 30 hours the softener disappeared in the app after I pressed the add another device button.... will see if it pops up tomorrow. As others have said, no idea when the Rheem softener thinks it will Regen. Doesn't even show on the machine itself. Edit: overnight the softener showed up again in the app, data still there. bumping up 1 star.
