I wish there was a 0 star for the online services provided by the government department regarding inquiries and complaints . The app works fine but the helping departments aren't serious to help . Simple applications are taking months for clearance and they don't listen or care about the urgency of matters . Disappointed by the national helpline app .They close the case by sending an automated message .

I've been contacting the ministry of housing since june, and no anwer to my problem from the ministry, i always get the generator message, however my problem was not solved. And today my case was closed without any message, call, email, or any form of contact. Quite disappointed from this app. 3 months of continuous messages in the app but no answer from the ministry. How disappointing.

Nothing of my complaints i raised was resolved. Ministries just delayed the response until they forced closure of the issue. Months of waiting for a solution to issues yet nothing happened and they closed the cases i had. No option to reopen also or rate after they closed the case.
