No liking it too. I also have the problem, that I get logged out a lot & have to enter email address, then magic pin. It then doesn't default to my current employer, but suggesting my previous employer. I have to confirm my time in or out with a picture, which saves to my phone. Every week, I delete 10 selfies, if not more when clock in/out for breaks. In the last couple of days, when wanting to clock in, the app offers the clock out from the previous day, but I have clocked out the day before.

The search function doesn't work properly. asks for a city I put Melbourne and I getting jobs for UK and various other Australian cities. as soon as you click off leaving the app open it refreshes back to the home page. doesn't always save the jobs you want to save. Has lots of potential but really these basic functions need to be addressed ASAP. Matching is not great either. Jobs from FEB?? COME ON!!!

EDIT: Thankyou for responding but I cannot submit more information via the link in the employment hero reply as it does not give me anywhere to do so. Try harder. Once again completely inaccessible. No dark mode, no way to download your roster into phone calendar, no way to edit time sheets if you clocked in and out. So many ads on the home screen. Notifications don't always work even when set to. So inaccessible, sensory nightmare.
