Ok. For the 2nd time I've owned this scale, the app got a big revamp. And for the 2nd time, basic features seemed to have gotten lost, buried, or simply removed. The features of this scale, are in the app. Not the scale itself. So when features get removed, then the scale itself becomes less worth-while. If basic history on all measurements are unavailable (or even diificult to figure out how to navigate to), then this scale is way overpriced and should not be purchased.

When I first got it a few years ago, it worked great and I could have multiple people profiles under the same scale. Which is now not an option ... I haven't used it in a few months. But when I opened it today, all it would do was glitch. And it didn't update my new weight information or anything. Hopefully the next update will fix the glitching... But it would be nice to have different people in the household on the same scale again

App crash constantly and support promised me an update to fix this was coming several months ago, but no updates do far. Very disappointing. ***Update: Finally got the updated app I was promised. But it made it worse. Doesn't work at all now, won't record my measurements even after trying it dozens of times, at least before it worked after 4 or 5 tines trying. This this is junk. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Do not buy this junk.
