Another update and the watch won't sync properly again. Says it's synced after approx 1 sec after starting but no data has been uploaded. I've been out for a run so there's definitely data to upload. Really tedious now. Every flaming update!
App installed no sign in. No sync. Why? Getting worse after updates. Contacted polar via email issued a ticket no reply. Coupl weeks. I have all the gadgets from polar watch cyclocomputer balance... Its beautiful in every other way. Pitty
SICK of having to uninstall and reinstall this app daily in order to get it to sync! Don't waste your time giving me the same crappy cut and paste response you've given every other person about contacting Polar blah blah blah. I'm not stupid! I know how to sync the darn thing! I'm sick and tired of unpairing/pairing, disconnecting/connecting Bluetooth, powering down my phone, or uninstalling the app DAILY!!!! I've followed ALL of your "repair" and troubleshooting suggestions so spare me the lecture. The problem is in your app!!! How many negative reviews do you have to get before you actually FIX IT!!!??
The watch is very good but is marred by this app. The app pairs and syncs then if you move away with the watch from the Bluetooth range of the phone it fails to reconnect automatically. The only way is to remove the pairing from the phone uninstall and reinstall the app and it pairs and syncs. This is unacceptable until the automatic reconnect is fixed I would give the app a miss. Shame it seems so useful when it is paired
Was perfect until polar flow went down, now refuses to sync with my m400. Only works if I delete and reinstall the app every time I want to sync. Pretty sure I'll get the standard patronising response to update my phone etc and look at the faqs. How about you fix the issue Polar, this failure means the m400 is neither "as described" or "fit for purpose". Wishing I'd bought another Garmin.
I have to reinstall the app every 2 or 3 days for syncing to work with my A360. I've spoken to my local Polar supplier and after loads of trouble shooting, they confirmed that the issue is definitely with this app and not the device. It's clear that loads of people have this same issue, so please get it fixed ASAP.
This update brings support for firmware update for the Polar H10 heart rate sensor. For Polar M600 users we've added support for swimming metrics.
