Rubbish! No support. Difficult to navigate. Can't change settings (e.g kilos to lbs etc) Don't reply. most severely.... I literally moved the scales to clean the bathroom floor and they shattered EVERYWHERE with glass going all over the bathroom. I have only had them about 6 weeks or so. I would NOT recommend.

If I could leave a zero star I would!!Absolutely useless! Downloaded to use with Bluetooth scales. It won't allow you to register. Keeps pinging back to say what the password requirements are but doesn't go any further. I have tried passwords such as DtT86BQ!WckW and Is1tacon? Both of which match the instructions (if they don't, the instructions need changing!). EDIT: eventually got a password to work. But then the scales wouldn't Bluetooth to the app. Will be uninstalling and returning scales.

The new version of this app is way better than before. The bluetooth connection is faster and the UX is more friendly. They have been responding my email frequently and solved my problems with the app. Now, I have bought 2 more weigh scale for my family too. They feel easier to use Leaone than other scale out there.
