One of the most rubbish Bank of India. it's working style is worse than any Bank. one example is that I have submitted an account status change application for my son to change the status from minor to major. since last More than 8 days. but still processing is not completed. the same process has been completed in the wonderful SBI Bank in seconds. there staffs are also inefficient. there central office is worse than that. I am planning to close All my accounts from this Equitas Bank.

Equitas application says update - once updated it still is not working. Earlier they acquired customers through Nio and the association got over - not customers are left to fend for themselves and manage two different applications. Pathetic tech & customer support. Updates 1) You cannot register any complaint on the app - as the next notification you get is the "app will be deleted" - so how will a customer ever know the next step? 2) They deduct charges for card when you do not have any!

Do not use this app it is pathetic the moment you download and login they block your account without informing you and it has been more than 48 hours after unfreezing my account still I'm unable to make any payments no customized support nothing you have to sit and figure out everything
