Constellation’s free app allows our residential customers easy access and control Constellation Connect hubs using their smartphone or tablet.

With this app, you can view your energy bill, make payments, and control your Constellation Connect smart home system. Simply sign in with your existing My Constellation login credentials and:

This app is junk! I installed this because the Old app would not connect any more so you were forced to go to the new app. It has not worked from the time I installed it. I have uninstalled and installed it about 10 times. Now I have no control over My alarm system. This is crazy! 8/4/23 the app installed an update and now it will not allow location all the time so the home and away will not work and my camera will cause the app to reboot. Still a piece of junk!

Meh. Unless you have their Connect contract to control smarthub devices, this app seems of little use to their majority of just energy customers. No current energy usage data, just a PDF of last month's bill and a Predicted usage/amount for next bill - which I get a weekly email anyway. And what is it with all these app developers thinking they all have to prefix their app name in Android with "My " so I have to always sort around the M's. Just call in "Constellation Energy". Anything I can do on this app I can do better from their website anyway so uninstalled. Wonder how much cheaper my bill could be if they never wasted the development/testing $$ for this app.

This app has given problems from the start. Now it won't even open.
