To be fair, I suspect that my issue is with the underlying service, not the app specifically. Infrequently, the service fails to fire, in my case leaving my pool pump on for hours, wasting electricity. I've partially compensated for this by scheduling backup "Turn it off, really!" scenes after the main one, which helps, but even that occasionally is not enough. Looking for another vendor. Would not recommend.

Bought the latest controller, ezlo, after wink started to suck. Same experience I had years back. You wait for your devices to appear in the dashboard sometimes minutes. Good luck trying to get a hold of support. Update 6/5 Tried support as suggested. Called and left a message, no return call over a week later Will find a different system. What a joke. Almost a year now since they updated the app. No excuse for that

Thank you for the update! As a secondary on the account, with the "new" dashboard, I was unable to do much of anything remotely. Now that it's back to the "old" dashboard, I can arm/disarm alarm from the app, which is what I primarily use it for. Edit 4/30 Your app update has brought back the "new" dashboard. As a secondary user on the account (not the creator) about all I can do from the app is open the garage door remotely. 😠 Much, much, MUCH prefer the previous interface.

Hi Laurel, we're so sorry to hear you don't like it. The new interface can be disabled from the settings of the app. Let us know if you're having trouble in doing that.

Fixed an issue in the Vera Mobile app where the thermostat OFF button was not visible for certain devices.
