Keeping it at one star till they fix the app. Everything was fine at first, but now the e receipts won't scan at all. It's just stuck at the loading process and keeps spinning. I'm not the only one experiencing this, so I know it's not just a me issue. It better be fixed soon or better get an update soon that fixes it or I'll just uninstall it. I've been doing a lot of online shopping lately and this app is just a waste if it doesn't scan my online receipts.

EDIT: My account was deactivated and I was unable to get anyone to reply via app support or direct email. They did reach out to me after a negative review and my account was reinstated after a few hours, with the rep stating that it was a mistake. Still no explanation as to why it was originally deactivated, but I imagine it was that I do almost all auto receipts and always do $50 Amazon cards, so maybe it looked like bot activity. I'm glad it was corrected.

Fetch is my favorite app. l love being able to play games on there and earning rewards for something I do anyway, but for some reason, the games will not open on either of my devices. It tells me to close out the app. On my tablet, I unistalled it on tablet and reinstalled through my phone app, but have lost all my games and points on my tablet. Not sure if there is a problem with the app, but would definitely like to get my games and points back if someone could help me with that please

What’s new

We’ve been decking the app with digital holiday décor. Shop achievements got a cheerful little glow-up, and Discover now sprinkles in smoother animations and tiny celebration moments that make progress feel extra fun. We also added clearer support links in key spots — think of it as hanging up a few helpful ornaments.
