I wasn't going to write it, but the more I think about it, the more frustrated I get, so I decided to write it. This morning, I found out there was no connection and red spot on wifi machine appeared. So I complained through 5 bb application. But it said, "Max open Ticket limit reached. Useless! Don't waste your time here! Most features are just for show! They are not in function yet. Even the bill payment is not working in both Android and Apple. After clicking on the Kpay payment in the Top-up section, it brought me to the wrong one, solely the website tutorial, not the Kpay application for direct payment. Hopefully, the app will advance much further when undergoing criticisms and drawbacks.

Just bring back the customer portal page. I can't even check the remaining balance with the useless app. Don't bother me to contact your billing team which are not available even in the office hours.
