I recently had a disappointing experience with Flipkart that I feel compelled to share. The issues began with delayed delivery my order was promised within a specific timeframe, but it took much longer than expected. When I contacted customer service for assistance, the responses were slow and unhelpful. It was frustrating to navigate through automated replies without getting any real solutions. Do not deserve single rating.

It will take too much time to search for products in both groceries and shopping sections. Once search items are visible, it will work normally again. But again when we touch search bar, it will hang for almost 1 minute and then then only will be able to type. Also it takes ages to load a page when we touch back button to go back to a page. All other apps are working perfectly fine.

They are only selling and cheating, they can't resolves issues. Worst part is paylater is not working from last two months without any reason. Scam. Only to take charges. And they statred to cancel order by themselves, and it's also without any reason. It's also very difficult and irritating to contact customer care. Make it easy and stop cheating.
