I've used this app for a long time. Takes a while to get used to its quirks, but overall ok. Recently though, I've been having issues where it won't allow me to customize pizza toppings. I like a Works pizza plus black olives, but I have to ask for them in the comments. Changing the toppings is even offered as an option!

App told me it was ready for pickup and it wasn't at all. I had checked in through the app, but still had to go inside to figure out what was happening with my food. Why have tracking if it's not accurate? Also, add a back button or another cart option. It was frustrating hitting back to look at the previous page and it went to the main screen again. All I wanted to do was go to the cart.

This app is a hot mess. Navigation is counterintuitive, and getting it to accept a credit card is almost impossible. Why can every other app on my phone and every website work with Google to auto fill my CC#, but this one freezes if I try it? Not a review of the food though, that part is amazing.
