Relatively easy to use and track orders. A little more emphasis on training vidios would be nice. Also, seems to be redundant about signature or no signature. And I would like to set the online/offline option...still looking for it. My app starts to freak out when this option becomes offline, when I know I'm logged in and have wifi. Clues?

It gets the job done. It glitches sometimes..not much tho I don't like how you have to go to another screen to get a mo back to store. I don't like how I can't look at the orders before assigning them. I don't like the colors..it's too obnoxious. I don't like how the phone doesn't ding if a delivery comes in.. only if it's assigned. We assign our own so I know when one is assigned. The text message is nice. I wish I could save my own tho bc I usually have to type my own or edit it.

Functions as it should Although on occasion, when clicking on the "map icon" option (of the 3 icons "map/order/record payment" that appear when looking at the order) the app sends me to an address that IS an order which is in the queue for the restaurant, however was NOT assigned to me. Happened twice out of the 25 or so orders I've used the app for. Also, having the schedule posted through the app would be fantastic. Minus 1 star for the wrong directions, minus 1 bc of it's overall bulkiness
