This app worked great for me. Within just a couple minutes after downloading I was able to print labels from my label maker. It was an easy, intuitive set-up, with prompts throughout. There was an tutorial before I could use the app, too. It was helpful in being able to navigate the app. There are so many options for making customized labels with this app. Very happy with this.

I can print, but connecting is a pain... L11 model disconnects after 30 seconds, so you need to make what you plan to print, THEN connect, and print... Plus the app give you options for color, yet I don't believe its even possible for a thermal printer to print in color, unless the paper itself has color. Overall I would say the app needs some work, and the devices connectivity could really use some tweaking, but I am happy with my purchase as it does function.

The app is not connecting to my device for some reason. It shows up in bluetooth but it won't let me click on it and the help desk isn't responding. The machine worked perfectly fine on the first week tho but now the app won't connect it even though the name shows up so I'm not able to use the label maker at all. Pls fix the app
