The app was working great, but then it updated and deleted every one of my old labels I had worked on for a long time. They also got rid of all the old cite stickers like the little chicken and replaced them with over done ugly stickers that no one would use. The old stickers were cute, simplistic, and easy to incorporate, I've lost everything and now need to start over, which is ridiculous.

Works fine. Much easier to use than other Bluetooth printer apps. The only time I've had it freeze up is when I tried importing a pdf. I tried doing it using a different file explorer and it worked fine. I like the easy crop function however it doesn't give the option for 2x3 aspect ratio. That's the one you use the most for 4x6 labels.

Bad experience without alternative. If the app works, it's choppy and all the steps take some getting used to. Doesn't work smooth or user friendly. But it works. For a week now, it just keeps crashing. Can't even open the app. Delete, download again, restart my phone, nothing helps. It sometimes crashed before, but you could always restart the app. Disappointing, since we can't print any labels now. So what did we buy the printer for? It's worthless now.
