Ratings and reviews

It takes a long time for the receipts to get verified(sometimes more than a week), even then most of it ends up getting rejected.

At first it was ok, really enjoyed the service & even have exchanged my points for vouchers. And then one day it didn't work. Logged out and then for weeks, can't get back in. Emailed the CS, they told me to reinstall then reset my password. Ok, done. Not long after that, I got locked out of the app. Can't do anything because the app was stuck on the verification code page, and I have pressed resend code so many times but still no codes. Very disappointed that this app has gone downhill.

Cannot connect to the e-commerce apps. Always force close
