About this app

Binaural beats are claimed to induce the same mental state associated with a meditation practice, but much more quickly. In effect, binaural beats are said to:

- reduce anxiety
- increase focus and concentration
- lower stress
- increase relaxation
- foster positive moods
- promote creativity
- help manage pain

Find a comfortable place free of distractions. Simply listen to the binaural beat audio for at least 30 minutes each day in your headphones to make sure that the rhythm is entrained (has fallen into synchronization) throughout the brain.

You can experiment with the length of time you listen to the binaural beats to find out what works for you. For example, if you’re experiencing high levels of anxiety or stress, you may want to listen to the audio for a full hour or longer. Remember, you must use headphones for binaural beats to work. You may also want to listen with your eyes closed.

Ancient cultures were aware of how the brain could be entrained through sound repetition well before modern science was able to prove the process. Of course, in centuries past, societies didn’t refer to this science as binaural beats, but what they did know was that consistent, rhythmic sound had extremely powerful healing and spiritual benefits.

Manage Presets

We’ve developed different types of presets: sleep, meditation, focus & attention, faster learning, pain reduction, creativity, anxiety reduction.
It may take some time of practice to feel the effects of binaural beats so don’t give up after your first try.

Great app the beats work even when I start very skeptical of some of them. After a few minutes I felt a change. Even when walking around not meditating. I still felt the stimulation or sedation of whatever part of my brain or body was necessary to achieve the effect claimed. So far it's the most effective. Also a neat feature is they are programs. The frequency change slowly to put you in the state. This is unique to this app and I love it. I helieve it is what makes it most effective! Awesome!

Like this app a lot and use it every day. Great fixes I would recommend: 1 Make the presets editable and add the fq on their description. I cannot read the the frequencies because they cannot be zoomed in 2 In the timer button, I would expand up to 200Hz. 3 Also, I would add presets by Gamma, Hypergamma, Lamda, etc. with increase/decrease options.

A very lovely app to use for brain entrainment. I use it most when I go to sleep, combining the beats with some sleep music I get off YouTube. Those two typically put me out in less than half an hour, where usually I have issues falling asleep because I work overnights and have to sleep during the day. Highly recommend this for graveyard shifters! I haven't used this for meditation or creativity yet, but I'm really excited to give them a try next month during nanowrimo.
