In both a figurative and literal sense, detective David Zander has hit rock bottom. Trapped deep underground on a lost and forgotten island, David’s priority shifts from finding answers about the mystery surrounding him, to surviving the crisis he now finds himself trapped in. It’s now up to you to find an escape from the madness of Meridian 157, but be warned, as escape may not come so easily. Meridian 157 is a point and click puzzler adventure series involving interactive puzzles and an intriguing storyline taking place over a long series of chapters. Built using state of the art rendering technology, this instalment focuses on immersing players in unique and frightening environments, while allowing them to enjoy notable puzzles and engaging interactions. Ratings and reviews

Immersive gameplay and story, and the mechanics are all fairly easy to use and understand. My only criticism is that the bad lighting in some scenes made it somewhat difficult to find clues. I've missed a few items just because the environment wasn't well lit enough. However, I enjoyed the puzzles and look forward to playing the final chapter!

Enjoyed this one even more than chapter one. The logical connection between clues and puzzles felt better as it went, which made the pace more enjoyable. I play without hints, but a few are really abstract. The final puzzle made no sense at all to me. I'll give a fifth star if you can convince me it was possible to discern. UPDATE: Fifth star added. I'm the dummy. Going back under my rock until chapter three comes out. :)

Played Chapter 1 and loved it, so decided to spring for this one and it's just as great! I love this one too! my only complaint is that I wish it were longer! I was thinking it would be just because we have to actually purchase this chapter, but it's about the same length as the 1st one, if not a bit shorter? Or maybe it just felt that was because of my expectations going in. Regardless, it's still great, super enjoyable to play, and I like the graphics a lot too. Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
