Ratings and reviews

App is good at showing hotel information - restaurant hours, menu, activities, etc. It's supposed to help in booking restaurant reservations as well, and the staff will push you to use it for that. However, booking a restaurant reservation thru the app doesn't work. Everytime we try, it shows that there are no available spots at all the restaurants. We still had to go to the concierge to reserve seats.

Very slow and clunky UX. Unnecessary notifications, slow page loads. Very buggy.

Any other place. Do not book your vacation here. Management did nothing with dozens of our issues. After our vacation sent detailed emails with the multiple issues and they denied it even happened. Took pix and they still denied any accountability. If you're there already TAKE PIX and cross your fingers. Poop in the pool, be aware
