Read the Holy Quran in Arabic alongside its translation. This app provides you with the full Qur'an as well as its full english translation along with a full set of audio recitation files. iQuran offers you verse by verse audio playback, color coded Tajweed (pronunciation) rules, repeat functions, bookmarks, tags, search, excellent navigational controls, a side by side english translation, audio recitation and much more.

NOTE: Permission to "read phone state" is only required in order to pause recitation in case the phone rings or in case you place a call while recitation is playing in the background.

Apart from offering an immersed user experience, the free version of iQuran includes the following limitations only:

* Full Landscape supported
* Color coded Tajweed (Pronunciation) rules for the last Juz / Para
* Bookmark and Tags. A maximum of 5 bookmarks and 3 Tags.
* One english translation: Shakir
* Search results limited to 20 per search
* One recitation: Sheikh Husary
* Powerful audio controls with an option to group playback of verses to aid in memorization

All other features are fully enabled and there is no expiration date on this app.

Great App. Very helpful in learning and academic activities. A good companion to all muslims, and non muslims who want to learn about Islam. A must to all, especially those seeking knowledge and research. More greese to your elbows. I urge everyone to contribute to inprove this App. My only problem is, I'm having difficulty in keeping surah/ayat in bookmark. I hope the developer improve it. Jazakumullaahu khairan.

Assalamunalaikum iQuran team May Allah SWT bestow his blessings for the kind of work you folks have done. I am using the app for many years and have been making notes, tags and bookmarks all over in the app. A humble request if you can create a user management module to save all the users bookmark, tags, notes etc on to your server or on cloud that would be a great deal of help. For months I have been making notes in the app and don't won't to lose it if my phone is lost or damaged. JazakAllah

I've been in love with this app ever since I got it. May Allah bless the people behind it and accept their good deeds. Lately however I'm experiencing issues with the colored tajweed option, that seemingly stopped working on my phone. I have checked and unchecked the boxes in settings several times but to no avail. I re-installed the app tonight yet the problem still exists. Any solution to this problem would be helpful.
