App won't load, so can't get in to cancel class and will be charged. Also can't contact customer service, because the app won't load and their website only has forms for prospective clients.

Very good app concept in partnership with my compagny and gyms facilities. The only thing is that the goal tracker feature doesn't work...

an internal issue is forcing the app to close since yesterday and there are no updates to make ... however still the best app out there
