Brought a $250 voucher with credit card. Payment went through but no voucher! Got vague email about sending screenshot of my bank transaction for verification. I logged back in the app andwas talking to operator on chat in the app who requested pics of credit card, ID and selfies with each of these! While uploading the pics. chat got stuck on reconnecting page so I couldn't send the last pics. Continued hanging even after reinstalling the app. Sent email to support in the app but no response.

I’m going to file a complaint against this app so it can be banned forever, because I made a transaction that was never completed. They took my money.
