The process to set up my account was pretty easy and connecting my bank. I love receiving the notifications so I can track payments received and the low processing fee. However, I would like for them to allow more fields to obtain additional information from customers like a note section, phone number, and a field for additional information. I had a couple of tickets purchased on behalf of others but nowhere to put their name.

The charts are fine, but not necessarily useful on the go. But what would be very useful is being able to send an invoice. The description clearly says that you can with this app. But that's not the case. when you click the +, charge a card or send an invoice is there, but it will only allow you to charge a card. False advertisement at it's finest. Tap to pay works well though.

Thanks for the feedback. When creating an invoice in the Stripe mobile app, the "Hosted Invoice" option should appear. Ensure you meet the payment management requirements listed here: https://docs.stripe.com/dashboard/mobile.

Used to work fantastically, and then last month the tap to pay function stopped working. Tried to troubleshoot it, but the troubleshooting on the website was complicated. I tried over a few days to remedy the issue, and I still cannot figure it out. I am not super tech saavy. I just want it to work, like it used to. Tap to pay still not working. :(
