Ratings and reviews

This app tells you what most already know. Get a good night sleep, exercise, eat properly, take some time to reflect, breathe. Unfortunately it's feels like a bowl of spaghetti. Notification are also all over the place, navigation is atrocious, your not sure where your suppose to be. I don't look forward to using this app, it stresses me out, and I don't think that's the point. Just take a look at their screen shots, need I say more. To much, all at once, smahed together in a clunky app.

I have uninstalled this app twice because it sends me notifications during my work day. Reminders to do something that I dont have time for in that moment and then forget to do later. Until I can set the time that I want to practice and when those notifications go off, it's not doing any good.

Overall, what I like about the headversity app is that it provides straightforward training in small bites, making the content easy to digest. You don't mindlessly scroll through it, in fact you do just the opposite! I love the simplicity of the Calming tool, it's the practice tool I use most often.
