I spent money I didn't have to upgrade my phone just for this app. I've had nothing but issues. I can't upload pictures or videos. At least every other day it tells me to upgrade my account and when I go to check, it says that I am upgraded. Now it won't let me export the journal. One of these reasons I wanted this app so bad, was that it let's me export it. I need to export his journal once a month. I've been emailing, someone, but not getting anywhere with fixing the issues.

I spent a lot of time looking for an app to help me keep track of all the medications, surgeries and interventions for my complex care child. I wanted something I could share with his dad so that we would both have all the information at any time, particularly in those doctor meetings where details are important. Not only has Heba fit the bill, but the team has been amazing to deal with. Cannot recommend enough. Exactly what I was looking for.

Finally, a central point for child's care, notes etc which is great. As a SEND parent I have been using for a short while now and very impressed with the features. UI is clean and simple and functionalilty is great. Particularly love the medication reminders etc. I would love to see some kind of integration with existing apps for automatic calender updates or reminders etc. Thank you Sam and team for creating.
