Ratings and reviews

The transaction is in process even after 1 week. When I called them and explained the issue, they say the units have been allotted and they will involve the relevant team to look into the issue. Unfortunately, the issue is still pending in spite of repeated requests. As a result I can't set up STP and I can't even withdraw my fund unless the app shows that it is processed!! Is this some kind of fraudulent activity going on? Very frustrating 🥴

the app displays home, transact etc. below navigation buttons (home, back etc.) of my phone poco f6. this is really annoying as whenever I want to go to home page on the app, the navigation button on my phone gets pressed. so please make the app screen adjust above the navigation buttons on my phone. I've even tried disabling full screen display on my phone but it didn't work.

I am unable to login to your app. Tried reinstalling, but no luck. I had reported the issue back in January this year, but issue still persists. I have reported the issue through email as well and have provided my contact details.
