Be careful, especially with your payment info. They will charge you twice and say we have a no refund policy, mind you i didn't try to make payments and accidentally do it twice. I am on a recurring subscription so it was definitely something with the system. I wouldn't care much if their customer service was good. But nooooo it was blame the customer so you don't refund. Once this end its a wrap for me.

This app is a hot mess. I subscribed via the website. I then downloaded the app and when I log in, its asking for plan selection. I have an active account with same email. On to the customer service, for 2 days I'm still trying to connect with someone. I sent a message and got my 1st response after 3hrs. How is that even possible? I wish I did read comments b4 spending on annual subscription. I'm even trying to cancel the automatic annual subscription the website keeps giving me error message

Every after 2 days you must update it by installing it all over. The rarely add new movies. The cast to TV option doesn't work and the client service doesn't care, it doesn't matter how many times you complain. You must use only your phone to watch it. Mostly old movies and some of the them the sound system is terrible..won't recommend it at all
