I’m really frustrated with this app. It takes forever to log in — just keeps showing the bank’s logo for minutes. And when it finally moves, it shows an error saying, “Please try again after 30 minutes.” But that 30 minutes never actually ends! Even after updating to the latest version, the same problem continues. We use this app for urgent needs, but if it fails exactly when we need it the most, then what’s the point of having it?

Your application is by far one of the most disappointing banking apps I have ever used. The update process never seems to end, and the “developer mode” option simply refuses to turn off. On top of that, random 30-minute or even 1-hour sessions keep appearing without any reason. I honestly fail to understand how you provide banking services with such a poorly optimized and frustrating app experience. Do all the countless negative reviews from users mean nothing to your team?

This is the shittiest app ever! I have called multiple times to have it fixed. Every now and then, the session will expire, and even if you enter the correct password, your account will be suspended, and you will have to contact their customer care again. Why does anyone use apps? To have the convenience. If I have to call every now and then, then why should I even bother with this.
