Ratings and reviews

ZERO☆I can't redeem my rewards through the app or in person. The rewards are shown on the app, but when I go through checkout,the rewards are suddenly non-existent. This new revamped app is not user-friendly. My rewards are expiring, and I am not happy. I have always gone to Ikes, and I love the rewards system. Now I have no access to it, neither can the employees at the register obtain it. This makes me no longer want to go to Ikes. I can't even put in a help ticket, as it doesn't exist either.

Love Ikes, great customer service...but the app. Many times I have selected a pickup time after work or for lunch, because that's the time I can pick it up. Logical right. What the app doesn't tell you is that the pick up time doesn't mean anything...at all. If you dont check the pick up/ready by time, which in my case has been an hour or two before I said I could pick it up. Mmmm-hmmmm cold mozzarella sticks and jalapeno peppers on my sandwich, that's what I pay for. My advice is call, and hope!

Virtually unusable which is frustrating since Ike's promises deals only on their app. My app shows a reward that it can't apply to my order when I have a cart. I filled out my cart and went to pay and it showed my saved credit card but absolutely nothing happened when I tried to select the card to use. I deleted the card and tried to add it again to finish the order, the app had an error and deleted my entire cart. I can't believe after all this time this is still so broken.
