Very poor app for the size of the club. It's embarrassing that as a season ticket holder I can't buy cup tickets on line, the app keeps kicking me out. Having been to Villa Park to try to resolve in person, I am then told to go online to order the ticket and I'm back to where I started! Tried calling the ticket office numerous times to be told it's too busy, enquiries at Villa Park told me there is no ticket office, only a both which opens at 4pm!!!

Villa TV sound quality is rubbish today. Who are your technicians? They need a huge bollocking. Use the right mics, people! All you can hear is crowd noise. It's awful.

tried unsuccessfully to register a digital account still cannot get in and no contact email or Tel no to fix it. Poor
