Very bad and slow service, personnel very unprofessional and they charge hidden costs on deposit which nobody inform you in advance. Also, very long time for getting the deposit back. To make things worse, if you don't initiate it yourself, you will never get it back. Eventhough it ahould be automatically refunded. Only reason I'm giving a second start is relatively cheap price of the rental. All in all, I will look elswhere for the next time I need a rent a car.

1. Not very useful as you can't extend the contract as per the first price that was discounted unless you go personally to their branch, which makes no sense. 2. I got a nissan micra and 10km from the place front bumper fell of partially so it was hanging. I requested new car but they could deliver tomorrow afternoon which was not okay as I had to travel that day to fujairah (reason I took the car at first). So, before my planned trip I had to drive broken car to their jlt branch to replace it.

Terrible service! Took us an hour to rent the car, took us more than 2 HOURS (!!!) before someone assisted us when we're returning the car. It's ridiculous! Their promotion is scam! There are a lot of hidden charges when you return the car. Our rented car's A/C broke down while we're on our way to Al Ain, it's the middle of the summer!!! There are other car rental service who maintains their cars well with better service. NEVER again I'll rent from Indigo! Sucks!
