Worst app, i have applied for loan and in the app it is showing as loan sanctioned but it's been 3 days that loan amount is not yet disbursed. Every time I sent an email to customer support. Im getting the system generated email. There is no proper response or no phone number to contact the customer care.. This is very frustrating. Worst customer support as well. I have emailed them couple of times. but no response.

worst app. takes money for loan assessment and then sends my profile in waiting list. The initial 7-day wait due to "high demand" has proven inaccurate, and I've had no response to my emails. The contrast in communication is striking. When I've delayed repayment, I've received numerous calls and messages. Yet, when facing disbursement issues, my attempts to contact support have been ignored. Very pathetic!

I had a smooth experience with this app. At first I thought my process was stuck, but after sending an email to support they responded quickly and resolved it. Within a few days I could see the progress, and everything worked perfectly. The registration fee of 199 is totally worth it. I applied and within few hours I was able to make good progress. Even when a payment failed once, the team said not to worry and handled it smoothly. Very professional experience overall.
