Ratings and reviews

Generally, it's a very glitchy app. Specifically for me, I have been unable to make deposits into my Bamboo account with any kind of card. Despite a lot of back-and-forth with the organisation, the situation remains the same, so the account is almost useless. I also experience some issues sometimes when trying to sell. When all these issues are solved, I'll change my rating.

It allows you to invest, but it is a very glitchy app. The UI is user-friendly, but the UX requires more work. The app crashes a lot and is always needing updates without solving this issue. It often has issues that make me unable to open it and view my assets, although they've remained intact. Thankfully. I currently can't open the app because it's having another issue. Also, notifications don't take me to relevant messages that match the notifications. Please, work on this.

So if you guys cannot verify something as simple as my email address, how can I trust you with my money? I have received the verification email multiple times and anytime I click on verify email in my inbox, I get a message that verification was unsuccessful!!! I had to do it multiple times before it was successful...definitely not a good start!! I noticed someone already gave similar feedback in the past but it seems the issue still persists.
