ProxySet is a proxy client that lets you connect to a remote proxy server using either http or socks protocol. Proxy is very useful to enhance your privacy and access restricted content.
ProxySet lets you create a Set of profiles, inside the profile you can put the proxy server info like address, port, protocol type (http, socks),
ProxySet also support authentication, which means you can provide a username and password of your proxy server.
The proxy is not a vpn, vpn encrypt your data and change your ip address, in the other hand, proxy changes your ip address without data encryption, If you need data encryption, consider using one of our available vpn apps on the market, like Bitunnel VPN.
ProxySet like major proxy apps uses VpnService provided by Android to route all your traffic trough the proxy tunnel, so you may notice that a vpn icon will appear in notification once you start the proxy, with this way, you will not need to have a root permission to route your data to the proxy server.
