This is the official Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) Bus reservation app is the simplest way to book your MSRTC Bus tickets.
The app allows you to search and reserve bus tickets for routes covered by MSRTC, in and around Maharashtra.

The app is alright but sometimes the bus is not shown maybe some sort of glitch. Not all the buses that run on a route are shown. While booking tickets there is no option for military and handicapped quota because of which the booking charges go as per usual and eventually not wanting the people to use app. To improve the app you can add routes, major bus depot enquiry numbers, timetable of the buses, current bus situation like delays etc and also regular updates of the app.

What a useless app! Both the mobile app as well as its web-browser version keep throwing up an ORS_BC_1474 error due to a mismatch between the displayed payment amount and calculated payment amount!! Many a time, the interface to the payment gateway is broken!! No amount of complaints to either MSRTC helpline or to Ebixcash, the vendor for this app yields even a cursory reply, much less a remedy to the issue. The old web app was simple but very reliable!!

I have to give 1 star because there is nothing lower than this. If you people had such a problem with listing buses on third party apps like Paytm and Redbus, which are Great apps for booking. Then at least you should make sure that your app functions properly. I have a 100 MBPS 5G Network connection and from the last 10 times I tried to open this app it says Network error??? How the hell is this supposed to work. Extremely Dissapointed!!
